A firm favourite among the Hattingley Valley team, the 2015 vintage was a long-awaited one and despite some challenges in the growing season, it did not disappoint! 2015 was a rollercoaster ride from a cold summer to a gloriously sunny autumn. A late start to harvest produced wonderfully crisp acids, intense flavours, and perfect conditions for sparkling wines with enormous ageing potential. 

Its complexity often surprises people, as it is made from just one variety; 100% Chardonnay. Ideal for drinking now, or sharing with friends over a home-cooked meal, this Blanc de Blancs is truly versatile and will continue to mature and develop for years to come.
