Every £1 you spend will give you 10 Grapes

Your points will last for one calendar year, but not to worry we will email you before they are about to expire!

How to Earn

You will automatically be added to Hattingley Rewards when you sign up. You will begin as a Bronze Member, once you have earned over 2,000 grapes you will become a Silver Member. Over 5000 grapes you will become a Gold Member. The more you spend with us, the more you'll earn. See our Loyalty Member benefits below:

How To Redeem

Login to your account to view and spend your rewards.

On sign up you will be rewarded a Welcome Bonus of points the value of which will depend on your tier.

You will be able to redeem your points in the form of vouchers to the value of £5, £10, £15 and £20 when you have accumulated enough points. You may only use one voucher per order and must spend a minimum of £60 to redeem them. Your vouchers will be valid for 1 calendar year.

Points cannot be spent on our Accessories, Luxury Gift Sets, STILL Wines, Mixed Cases, Limited Edition Products, Personalised Products, Tours/Events, Vouchers/Gift cards, (sorry!).
