Please place any Christmas orders by 10 am 17th of December. Any orders after the 18th of December will be processed and shipped but we are unable to ensure delivery before the 25th. We are closed from the 25th of December to 4th of January, any orders placed during these times will be processed on the 4th of January.
At Hattingley Valley we aim to process and ship your wine the same day if your order is placed before 10am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We ship our wine all over the UK Mainland and exclude the Scottish Highlands (AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH) and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.

We are confident in the wines produced here at Hattingley so we wanted to give you peace of mind with our Hattingley Happiness Guarantee. If for any reason, you don’t like any of the wines in your case, you are welcome to return the rest of the case to us for a refund on any unopened bottles.
- The guarantee applies to case purchases only; - The wine is returned at the purchaser's cost; - We will make a full refund on the unopened bottles returned; - Any bottles broken during the return transit will not be refunded so please make sure they are well packaged and protected; - The refund will be given by refund to the credit/debit card used for payment; - This guarantee only applies to purchases made when the guarantee is in force but we reserve the right to withdraw it without notice; -This guarantee, whether or not withdrawn, does not affect your statutory rights; - Claims must be made within six months of purchase; - This guarantee only applies to purchases made from, and delivered to, addresses in the UK by purchasers resident in the UK; - This guarantee is governed by English law.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 72 hours’ notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee or forfeit. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future bookings.
