At Hattingley Valley we aim to process and ship your wine the same day if your order is placed before 10am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Once shipped it will take up to 48 hours to get to you

Deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of £4.50 for all orders up to the value of £69.99. Free Delivery will apply to all orders over £70.00.

We ship our wine all over the UK Mainland and exclude the Scottish Highlands (AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH) and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.

We are confident in the wines produced here at Hattingley so we wanted to give you peace of mind with our Hattingley Happiness Guarantee. If for any reason, you don’t like any of the wines in your case, you are welcome to return the rest of the case to us for a refund on any unopened bottles.

• The guarantee applies to case purchases only.
• The wine is returned at the purchaser's cost.
• We will make a full refund on the unopened bottles returned.
• Any bottles broken during the return transit will not be refunded, so please ensure they are well-packaged and protected.
• The refund will be given by refund to the credit/debit card used for payment.
• This guarantee only applies to purchases made when it is in force, but we reserve the right to withdraw it without notice.
• This guarantee, whether or not withdrawn,  does not affect your statutory rights.
• Claims must be made within six months of purchase
• This guarantee only applies to purchases made from and delivered to addresses in the UK by purchasers resident in the UK.
• This guarantee is governed by English law.
