It is the team here at Hattingley Valley which produces our outstanding wines, from the grapes nurtured on Hampshire chalk, to the delicious sparkling wine made unique by the elegant touch of oak. We have immense pride in our work and we are delighted that this has been recognised by so many national and international awards.

In 2016 we created the UK's first Winemaker Apprentice in partnership with The Worshipful Company of Vintners’ and supported by the WSET and our distributors Enotria & Coe. The two year position was awarded to Zoë Driver who completed her Apprenticeship in 2018. The apprenticeship was a great success and The Worshipful Company of Vintners’ granted us the opportunity to offer the apprenticeship scheme again to a second candidate. Andy Wiles was the successful applicant to be recruited for the position and thoroughly enjoyed his first wine harvest last autumn.
