Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse, this long-aged Blanc de Blancs Magnum opens with fragrant notes of blossom, violet, and lemon zest, layered with brioche and fresh apple pastry. Extended ageing in magnum brings depth and balance. Creamy, refined, and beautifully complex, it’s the perfect centrepiece for memorable celebrations.

Tasting Note

Pale golden in colour with a fine and delicate mousse. Our Blanc de Blancs Magnum offers the fragrant aromas of sweet apple, citrus and lemon curd. On the palate, a nutty warmth from notes of hazelnuts, is complimented by hints of shortbread and buttery croissant. Soft acidity enhances these flavours, while a creamy texture from oak ageing leads to a long, smooth finish. Simply splendid!
