One of our most food-friendly and expressive English sparkling wines, crafted entirely from Chardonnay. Extended lees ageing, gentle oak, and partial malolactic fermentation bring a creamy, refined texture balanced by vibrant acidity.

Bold yet elegant, it’s equally at home at the dinner table or laid down to develop further complexity over time.

Tasting Note

Pale gold in colour with a fine and delicate mousse. On the nose, fragrant notes of apple blossom, crisp lemon and English pears blend seamlessly into a palate of citrus zest. With notes of honeydew melon, smooth almonds and the tangy richness of key lime pie. It has a full body and a wonderful creamy texture that ends in a smooth, clean finish.
