One of our favourite national celebrations is upon us! That's right it's Afternoon Tea Week running from the 12th to the 18th of August, and we've got the perfect spot for you to indulge in this quintessentially British tradition (this week or anytime you please!).

The Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire is a truly special place. Nestled in the expansive grounds of a traditional Georgian Manor, the hotel is surrounded by 500 acres of stunning Hampshire countryside, including woodlands, pastures, and gardens once frequented by English royalty. It's the perfect setting to enjoy the charming tradition of afternoon tea, where every detail feels like a step back in time.
Elevating Afternoon Tea: English Sparkling Wine at its Finest
Last year, we had the pleasure of visiting the Four Seasons Hampshire during this annual celebration to indulge in their renowned afternoon tea. While the setting alone was enough to delight, the experience of afternoon tea was further elevated with the option of enjoying a glass of bubbles alongside it. Of course, being proudly British we decided to go for the English Sparkling option and we were in luck, as they just so happened to be serving our very own Hattingley Valley (who would have guessed it?).

Afternoon tea at The Four Seasons is nothing short of pure delight, featuring everything from perfectly cut finger sandwiches to ornate patisseries, and of course, the quintessential scones, jam and cream (enjoyed in that order, of course!). To complement these delights, we selected three of our core English Sparkling wines, each pairing beautifully with the various elements of the tea.
