A delicate English sparkling rosé, showcasing the fresh, juicy flavours of strawberries, raspberries, and cherry plums. Aged three years on the lees with a touch of oak, it has a subtle creaminess that balances its bright character with gentle smoothness.

Tasting Note

A delicate rose-pink colour, with a cascade of fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is vibrant and inviting, bursting with fresh red fruits, like delicate strawberries and summer raspberries, elevated by a hint of passion fruit. On the palate, sweet cherry plums make way for buttery shortbread. Light and creamy in texture, it has a wonderfully refreshing acidity that finishes smoothly and lingers beautifully.
