Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, our Blanc de Blancs is a masterclass in harmony. Extended lees ageing, gentle oak, and partial malolactic fermentation create a creamy, refined wine with vibrant acidity. Notes of candied lemon, honeycomb, and caramel make it perfect to enjoy now, cellar for later, pair with your favourite dishes.

Tasting Note

Pale gold in colour with a fine and delicate mousse. On the nose, fragrant notes of apple blossom, crisp lemon and English pears blend seamlessly into a palate of citrus zest. With notes of honeydew melon, smooth almonds and the tangy richness of key lime pie. It has a full body and a wonderful creamy texture that ends in a smooth, clean finish.
