Delicious wine - faulty gift box

A long time supporter of Hattingley I was surprised when my personalised gift box arrived with a large crack down the front. A new box was arranged and delivered quickly which was appreciated.

We are terribly sorry aboout this, and it hasn't happened before with this product. Unfortutanely once items are shipped with a courier it is out of our control but we do take steps to mitigate against this kind of thing happening. We have also taken this up with our engraver who is a third party, and are pleased that you are happy with the replacement he sent you. We are working closely with our engraver and the packaging options to make sure this doesnt happen in future.
