A truly unique English dessert wine, our handcrafted Entice is wonderfully decadent!

Its crisp acidity balances perfectly with its delightful honeyed character and natural sweetness. Made in an ice wine style, the grapes were hand harvested, before being frozen at -18°C for 16 days. They were then gently pressed, leaving most of the water behind as ice, to release the viscous and concentrated juice. 

Tasting Note

A radiant golden colour, this decadent dessert wine is bursting with the fragrant aromas of sweet honeysuckle and blossom, intertwined with zesty lemon juice. On the palate, elderflower and ripe table grapes give way to the indulgent sweetness of raw honey, while layers of lemon curd and tarte tatin add contrast and brightness. Luscious and full-bodied, the wine is perfectly balanced with a crisp acidity that ends in a smooth and lingering finish. Simply marvellous!
