A family day deserves a special wine

An exceptional wine from the resounding pop of the cork to the first glass to realising you have finished both bottles, the delicate pink hue on the eye and raspberries & cream on the nose this years vintage is here for everyone to enjoy.

First tried your products on BA flight, and now we are obsessed. Hattingley Valley sparkling wine is an exemplary representation of English sparkling wines, characterized by its refined effervescence and sophisticated flavor profile. The bouquet reveals delicate aromas of green apple, citrus, and subtle brioche notes. On the palate, it offers a crisp acidity harmoniously balanced with nuanced toasty undertones, culminating in a long and elegant finish. Initially, Simon, our chairman, was reluctant to include a Rosé in our wine portfolio as he considered it to be less serious. However, our head winemaker, Emma Rice, had other ideas and went ahead and made some anyway. This decision paid off when this first vintage Sparkling Rosé won the prestigious title of ‘Best Vintage Rosé in the World’ at the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships in 2014, securing the first of five trophies and 42 medals in total.

Today, Simon is pleased to admit that the Rosé has become his personal favourite among all of our wines!
