A truly unique English dessert wine, our Entice is wonderfully decadent.

With notes of blossom and sweet honeysuckle on the nose and, elderflower and lemon curd on the palate.

Its crisp acidity balances perfectly with its delightful honeyed character and natural sweetness. Made in an ice wine style, the grapes were hand harvested, before being frozen at -18°C for 16 days. They were then gently pressed, leaving most of the water behind as ice, to release the viscous and concentrated juice. Looking for a single bottle?

A Case of Entice Dessert Wine NV

A sommelier in a top class restaurant recommended a bottle of Entice Dessert wine after we had drunk a bottle of the Hattingley Valley sparkling wine. In fact we liked it so much that we bought and drank a second bottle rather than buying a bottle of wine to drink with out main course. We bought a case of six and drank a bottle of Entice. It is pleasant but we would not buy another case - it is not sufficiently sweet for our taste

New on the blog

As the grapes begin to hang heavy and the air hums with the promise of harvest, there’s only one thing we know for certain: no two vintages are ever the same at Hattingley Valley. This year, we decided to turn to the real experts, our own vineyard and winery teams, for their predictions of what's to come for the months ahead.
