The Pavillion

Once the creamery on the Avington Park Estate, just the other side of New Alresford. Wander the expansive grounds and get to know the banks of the River Itchen and manicured lawns. It’s also only a 15 minute drive to Winchester.
With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two drawing rooms and kitchen with Aga, there is plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquility.
