1. Promoter

This competition is promoted by Hattingley Valley Wines in collaboration with Engel Bar, at The Royal Exchange, London.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Hattingley Valley, Engel, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

Proof of age may be required at the Engel Bar on prize redemption.

3. Competition Period

April Giveaway:
Opens: Wednesday, 9 April 2026
Closes: Wednesday, 16 April 2026 at 11:59 pm GMT

May Giveaway:
Opens: Thursday, 14 May 2026
Closes: Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 11:59 pm GMT

Entries received after the stated closing times will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @hattingleywines and @engel.london on Instagram
• Like the competition post
• Comment on the post, tagging the person they would like to bring

Multiple entries are permitted; each comment must tag a different person.

5. Prize

There will be two (2) winners in total:

• One winner for the April Giveaway
• One winner for the May Giveaway

Each winner will receive:

• A meal for two (2) at Engel at the Royal Exchange London
• One (1) complimentary bottle of Hattingley Valley English sparkling wine

The prize:

• Is non-transferable and non-refundable
• Has no cash alternative
• Does not include travel, accommodation, or additional expenses beyond what is stated

6. Prize Redemption

• Winners must book directly with Engel to redeem their prize
• The booking must be made within one (1) month of being notified as the winner
• Availability is subject to the restaurant’s booking schedule
• Failure to book within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random for each giveaway within 5 days of the closing date
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @hattingleywines

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
