Terms & Conditions

  • The guarantee applies to case purchases only.
  • The wine is returned at the purchaser's cost.
  • We will make a full refund on the unopened bottles returned
  • Any bottles broken during the return transit will not be refunded, so please make sure they are well-packaged and protected.
  • The refund will be given by refund to the credit/debit card used for payment.
  • This guarantee only applies to purchases made when the guarantee is in force, but we reserve the right to withdraw it without notice; this guarantee, whether or not withdrawn, does not affect your statutory rights;
    Claims must be made within six months of purchase.
  • This guarantee only applies to purchases made from and delivered to, addresses in the UK by purchasers resident in the UK.
  • This guarantee is governed by English law.
