Shipping Policy
Delivery
We aim to process and ship your wine the same day if your order is placed before 10.00 AM, from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Once shipped, it will take up to 48 hours to get to you.
Orders placed over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday.
Delivery Cost
Deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of £5.95 (excluding personalised products), for all UK Mainland orders. This excludes the Scottish Highlands (AB, DD, IV, KW, PA, PH) and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight, The Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands.

Orders placed over £70.00 will receive complimentary shipping, this will automatically be applied at checkout (excluding personalised bottles).
Personalised Bottles
Personalisation is carried out by a third party and will be dispatched separately from anything else placed in your online order. These products do not qualify for complimentary shipping. The additional shipping fee for this product will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery of personalised bottles may take up to 5 working days and will be sent by Royal Mail 24hr tracked which is an age verified service and will need to be signed for by someone over 18 years old.
Couriers
We ship our parcels through Royal Mail, DHL and APC. We will vary the courier based on the amount of bottles in the delivery.
Age Restrictions
In accordance with UK law, it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Hattingley Valley reserves the right to verify the age of any customer placing an order and may refuse to fulfil any purchase where satisfactory proof of age is not provided.
We may disclose purchaser information to third parties if required to do so by law or for the purposes of fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
Payments
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), and PayPal. All payments must be authorised before orders are processed and dispatched. Payment is taken at the point of order and must be completed in full. We do not currently accept cheques, or bank transfers for online purchases.
