Marketing Executive 2026
Full Time
Join our Team
Hattingley Valley has quickly established itself as one of the UK’s most successful wineries, winning over 230 industry awards for its still and sparkling wines, which are enjoyed throughout the UK and exported internationally to 16 countries.
The Role
This is a hands-on role in a small, close-knit marketing team. You’ll report directly to the Marketing Manager and be the on-site marketing point of contact at the estate. That makes you the first port of call for colleagues across sales, hospitality, events and winemaking. You’ll have real ownership of our channels and plenty of room to bring ideas to the table.
In a typical week you might plan next month’s social calendar, build a Klaviyo campaign for a new release, tweak a Meta Ads campaign that isn’t pulling its weight, write a blog post on harvest, and turn around a menu or a sales sheet for a colleague down the corridor. No two weeks look quite the same.
The role is based at our estate in Lower Wield five days a week. After a successful 90-day probation, this moves to four days on site and one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities
Across the business
• Act as the on-site marketing point of contact, keeping the Marketing Manager updated and making sure on-site activity stays on-brand
• Support other departments with design, copy and marketing needs, such as sales sheets, menus, signage, event materials, trade presentations and internal comms
• Make sure everything that leaves the estate, from a shelf talker to a tour booking page, looks and sounds like Hattingley
• Capture day-to-day moments on site (vineyard, winery, events) for use across our channels
Digital and social
• Run our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including a monthly content calendar, content creation, scheduling and community management
• Assist with building email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo, from welcome series to seasonal promotions

clear, practical recommendations
• Keep an eye on competitors, the wider drinks market and new marketing tools

consumer brands

• A confident writer who can pick up and hold a defined brand voice
• Organised and detail-minded, comfortable juggling several projects and deadlines at once
• A collaborative, approachable team player who enjoys being the go-to person and
can balance requests from different teams
• Comfortable with data: you can read the numbers and explain what they mean
• Happy to roll up your sleeves at events, including the occasional evening or weekend
