YEAR - Non-Vintage (based on 2018 harvest)
GRAPE - Chardonnay 47%, Pinot Noir 32%, Pinot Meunier 19%, Pinot Précoce 2%
TASTING NOTES - An elegant bronze gold colour with delicate aromas of nougat, orange peel and zesty citrus. Biscuit, pears and green apple notes on the palate with a hint of nuts. With a juicy bright acidity and a complex long finish.

Rosé 2019

YEAR - 2019
GRAPE - Pinot Noir 58% Pinot Meunier 38% Pinot Précoce 4%
ALCOHOL (ABV) - 12%

TASTING NOTES - A very delicate pale pink colour. Bright red fruit, strawberries and raspberries with a note of pomegranate on the nose. Pink grapefruit on the palate balanced by a touch of sweet marshmallow.

Blanc de Blanc 2014

GRAPE - Chardonnay 100%
ALCOHOL (ABV) - 12%

TASTING NOTES - Pale golden colour with gentle green hues and delicate bubbles, this Blanc de Blancs displays beautifully the pure linear character of the Chardonnay - white stone fruit, citrus fruit and a delicious honeyed character on the nose; clean and mineral flavours with pastry and brioche notes on the palate. It has a well-balanced and refreshing acidity that gives way to a creamy mouthfeel and long, complex finish.

Still Rosé 2021

GRAPE - Pinot Noir Précoce 55%, Pinot Noir 34%, Pinot Meunier 11%

ALCOHOL (ABV) - 11.5%

TASTING NOTES - A light and elegant wine, with a pink salmon colour, our STILL Rosé is bursting with wonderful aromas of fresh pomegranate and raspberry, creamy notes and subtle hints of white blossom and fresh cut hay following through to the palate. Dry and smooth, with delicate yet lively acidity.

Still White 2020

YEAR - 2020
GRAPE - Chardonnay 100%
ALCOHOL (ABV) - 12.6%

TASTING NOTES - Pale lemon colour with a soft green hue, this Chardonnay has wonderfully pronounced citrus, blossom and grapefruit aromas, with a hint of honey and pear. The palate is clean and fresh, with a mouthful of green apple flavours, and a creamy texture that is nicely balanced with its natural vibrant bright acidity. A fine and rich mouthfeel, with a long dry finish.

Entice 2022

YEAR - 2022
GRAPE - Bacchus 100%

ALCOHOL (ABV) - 10.5%

TASTING NOTES - Pale lemon-gold in colour, this decadent dessert wine has vibrant aromas of tropical fruits and blossom. Beautiful notes of elderflower and lemon on the palate with a delicious honeyed character and a creamy mouthfeel. Its crisp acidity balances perfectly with the natural sweetness of the Bacchus grapes, leading to a pure, elegant and refreshing finish.
