1. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.

3. Promotion Period

Enter between 00:00 BST on 21st June 2025 and 23:59 BST on 29th June 2025 inclusive.

4. How to Enter

Log into your Instagram account, follow both @hattingleywines and the participating venue’s Instagram account, like the competition post, and tag a friend in the comments to enter the Prize Draw.

5. Entry Limit

Maximum of 1 entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple comments are welcome but will not count as additional entries.

6. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a Hattingley Valley Trio Gift Set, including 1 x 75cl bottle of Hattingley Valley Classic Reserve NV, 1 x 75cl bottle of Hattingley Valley Brut Rosé and 1 x 75cl bottle of Hattingley Valley Blanc de Blancs. Approximate total value: £143

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place within 5 working days of the Promotion closing date.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 5 working days of selection and must respond within 7 days to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Prize Fulfilment

The prize will be delivered within 28 days of the winner’s acceptance. If the prize does not arrive, the winner has a further 28 days to notify the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in the Promoter refusing to reissue the prize or limiting its value at their discretion.

10. Entry Moderation

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

a) Violate these Terms & Conditions

b) Contain offensive, obscene, defamatory or inappropriate content

c) Reference third-party trademarks or brands

d) Promote political views

11. Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

12. Force Majeure

If for any reason the Promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion and to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process.

13. Technical Issues

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, corrupted, or incomplete entries, or any issues caused by technical errors. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

14. Instagram Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability associated with this Promotion.

15. Liability

The Promoter and associated partners accept no liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

16. Entry Integrity

All entries must be made directly by the individual entering. Automated, bulk, or third-party entries will not be accepted and may result in disqualification.

17. Events Beyond Control

The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.

18. Fraud & Breach

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the prize in cases of fraud, misconduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions and to recover the value of any prize awarded in such cases.

19. Data Protection

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

22. Conflicts

If there is any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and other promotional materials, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
