This Blanc de Noirs is a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The grapes were hand-harvested and gently pressed. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve its bright fruit characters, with 5% being fermented in old white Burgundy barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation took place to provide a round and creamy texture. After 3 years on lees in bottle, the wine was riddled and disgorged with 8g/L dosage.

Tasting Notes

Gold in colour with a subtle green hue and persistent soft mousse, the  nose has a delicate red fruit character with a hint of summer pudding  and freshly risen sourdough. On the palate, the crisp acidity is balanced  with red fruit flavours, creaminess and a toasty savoury quality.
