Classic Reserve 2014 Magnum

Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes from the 2014 vintage were whole bunch pressed. 15% of the wine was barrel fermented in old White Burgundy barrels and partial malolactic fermentation took place in order to soften the wine's natural acidity. After blending (using 18% reserve wines from several vintages) the wine underwent secondary fermentation in bottle and spent a minimum of 18 months ageing on its lees. The result is a wine with great depth, character, and richness. It has a light brut dosage of 7g/L after disgorgement and at least 5 months on cork before release.

Rosé 2014 Magnum

The Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes were handpicked and gently pressed. Approximately 8% of the blend was fermented in 4-5-year-old white Burgundy barrels and partial malolactic fermentation took place. The wine spent 5 months in tank and barrel before tirage where 2% of Pinot Précoce (having been vinified as a still red wine with a long cold soak prior to fermentation) is added to enhance colour, body and flavour. The wine spent at least 5 years ageing on lees in the bottle before riddling and disgorging with 8 g/L dosage, and further 2 months ageing on cork before release. 

Blanc de Blancs 2014 Magnum

VEGETARIAN/VEGAN - Yes

The Chardonnay grapes were handpicked and gently whole bunched pressed. Approximately 13% of the total blend was fermented in old oak barrels and partial malolactic fermentation took place to provide a round and creamy texture. After five years ageing on lees in bottle to add complexity and depth, the wine was disgorged with a light dosage of 6 g/L.
