A truly unique English dessert wine, our handcrafted Entice is wonderfully decadent, so much so, that it has all been quaffed!

With notes of tropical fruit and blossom on the nose, followed by refreshing lemon and elderflower on the palate.

Its crisp acidity balances perfectly with its delightful honeyed character and natural sweetness. Made in an ice wine style, the grapes were left on the vine for a late harvest, to increase the natural sugars in the fruit, before being hand harvested and frozen at -18°C for 16 days. They were then gently pressed, leaving most of the water behind as ice, to release the viscous and concentrated juice.

Very Enticing !

Entice is perfectly named . Absolutely exquisite. Incredible fruit acid balance and intensity. I would score it 97 and would be tempted to go higher. A masterpiece.

A sweet wine with just the right amount of sweetness. Sampled as a stand alone drink. Need to buy another bottle to sample alongside dessert!

A truly exciting and innovative dessert wine, our Entice is one of the comparatively few sweet wines made in this country. Made in an ice-wine style with 100% Bacchus grapes, it is delightfully light and sweet with beautiful elderflower and honey characters. The Wine GB Judges awarded it a Silver Medal on three separate occasions in 2019, 2021 and 2023 for their respective vintages.
