Our limited-release Kings Cuvée 2015 is rather special, with vibrant citrus aromas and rich flavours of honey, nuts and mouthwatering vanilla.

It is aged for 7 months in oak barrels and matured for a further 6 years on the lees, giving it its remarkable depth, smoothness and long creamy finish. 

Perhaps the first super premium sparkling wine made in England. The Kings Cuvée originally came about as a bit of an accident, a barrel from our very first vintage had somehow been overlooked, and as it had been on the oak for twice the length of our other vintages, our winemakers were curious as to how it would taste. As luck would have it, it was delicious!

We now make the Kings Cuvée every year, vintage permitting and it has become an important premium wine in our range. Savour it for the most special of occasions or for whenever you are feeling just a little bit fancy...

Incredible!!

My wife and I discovered Hattingley Valley at local food festival in the summer, chose to treat ourselves to a glass, that turned to 2 then we walked away with a bottle. Beautiful tasting and refreshing and now our go to. Can’t recommend enough!!

Kings Cuvee 2014

The Kings Curvee 2014 was a very nice wine fresh with plenty of fruits in the taste. It was very much worth the price and could not recommend it enough.

A special occasion wine

I initially purchased two bottles of the Kings Cuvee 2014 vintage for my local wine society tasting evening as to counter the Francophiles constant that Champagne is the only sparkling wine worthy of special occasions.

It was an overwhelming success, every member agreed it was a glorious wine and most certainly worthy of a special occasion.

I’ve gone on to buy more of the Kings Cuvee 2014 vintage purely for myself for Christmas. It’s full of complex aromas and subtleties of palette.

Sadly my bank balance doesn’t allow me to buy up the remaining stock for my personal consumption.
